Who can get a refund?
walletray.com gives refund if payment is successful, and payment is credited to walletray balance but it is not credited to Merchant.
How to request a refund?
send a mail to email@example.com and mention clearly your current walletray transactions and what problem you are facing with?
Please note that banks take 3-5 days to process the refunds and payment gateway charges i.e,2.5% will be deducted and rest of the amount will be sent
I made a payment, but my Merchant did not receive the amount. What to do?
Login to Walletray App, go to Menu and check your walletray Transaction History. If your payment is reflecting in In Progress, click on “Refund back” button . if payment details are not reflecting Send a mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. All such requests will be processed within 24 hours and payment will be added to walletray Credits or Refund back to bank provided there is problem with transaction.
