How Much Does it cost to use Walletray?

At Walletray we strive to deliver the most competitive convenience charges for the facilities that we provide.

The cost is always provided before making the payment. The total amount payable is always explained in details before the checkout page after registering & while making the payment.

If the user agrees with the charges, then only the user may go ahead and make the payment.

Its for the convenience of the user to show the payable total amount with convenience charges at the total amount payable page, before the checkout process.

In Any case the charges shall not be more than 2.5% inclusive of all.

When Will the receiver actually receive the fund in his/her bank account?

Officially all the transactions are credited in 2 ways general system T+2 working days. T= Transaction Date. express system instant provided subject to availability of funds

AS all these payments are done for service based transactions, we take a little longer time' so as if there is any issues/complaints/un-authorised card usages' etc., the money could be reversed back to the card ( Minus Convenience Charges )

Usually all the payments are credited within 24-48 hours.

Here is the payout details in any scenario:

  • Payment made on Monday: Payment is credited on Wednesday
  • Payment made on Tuesday: Payment is credited on Thursday
  • Payment made on Wednesday: Payment is credited on Friday

Thursday's schedule:

  • 1st Thursday of the month: Payment is credited on Saturday
  • 2nd Thursday of the month: Payment is credited on Tuesday
  • 3rd Thursday of the month: Payment is credited on Saturday
  • 4th Thursday of the month: Payment is credited on Tuesday
  • Payment made on Friday: Payment is credited on Tuesday
  • Payment made on Saturday: Payment is credited on Tuesday
  • Payment made on Sunday: Payment is credited on Tuesday

Please Note: Usually the above cycle works in normal conditions. It may differ based on holidays/bank strike/network failures etc.

How to Request Cancellation or Refund of the processing transaction?

If you have initiated a transaction at Walletray & want to cancel or refund the transaction, you can do so by writing us at info@walletray.com

Please provide the reason of the cancellation or refund request.

Also please note, any cancellation will incur a cost = ( minus convenience charges paid on top of the payment ) + 1% Refund/Cancellation Request Charges.

The request should be made on the same day on which the payment has been sent, in between 11 Am to 8 Pm to info@walletray.com

If the request is made post the day on which the transaction has been made and the time is not between 11 Am to 8 Pm, the transaction is sent for settlement. And in this case the refund/cancellation wont be possible.
